Compliance Auditing

Central Bank requirements require all injury Claimant files to be reviewed by a competent person other than the file's own handler at least once per year. We currently provide this important audit service to a major client. Our Claims Handling auditors are trained on the Consumer Protection Code and provide independent feedback on all aspects of file handling.

A comprehensive examination of the file is undertaken, with a focus on adequacy of reserve, liability decisions and quality of decision making and handling strategy.
